BE mindful - of your inner and outer experiences, emotions and thoughts. Explore mindfulness and meditation through games, movement, music, breath awareness and simple yoga poses all related to a different theme each week. We'll use props like yoga dots, emojis, pipe cleaners, bean bags, balls, beanie babies, books, pinwheels, pom moms, scarves, bowling, bingo, yoga blocks and straps, and more!
